Sarah Ophelia Rose was born December 12, 1863, one of eleven children of George 
Pinkney Rose (1827 - 1889) and Nancy Brent (1835 - 1914). She married Thomas 
Whitley Barnes on February 28, 1881. They are buried in the Rose Family Cemetery 
in Grantham Township. This photo is thought to be of her, but it could also be a 
photo of one of her sisters. If anyone has any biographical information on this family,
