be immediately reported to the Adjutant General's Office. If any material
used in the manufacutre of Powder - Salt-petre especially - be found in
the County it will also be reported and the place where, and to whom
application will be made.
Under the head "Remarks" opposite the name of the person unable to do
military duty, will be written the cause of such inability.
