It is not visible from 11th street, nor a private gravel road. This was an old Black Cemetery and that he had not seen anyone around it or take care of it. It is located within a forest and is being over grown with trees, ivy and poison ivy. It is possible to follow some deer paths to some of the graves, but some are just not reachable.

Approximately 3/10 mile southwest of True Vine Road on Wayne Memorial Drive, turn north on a farm road where there is a sign for Associated Parcel Service. Follow the farm road until you see the barracade across the path for the state property. There is a farm road that turns to the left on top of the hill. Take it around a ninety degree turn to the right and follow the path until you go through a little patch of woods on both sides of the road. Immediately there is a clearing on the right. Turn in beside the woods and go straight to the woods in front of you and the cemetery is in those woods.
